Tell ALF Home what you want to make, where it will be sold, how many units you expect and what the package must achieve. A clear brief helps product, purchasing, quality and logistics teams answer the same project.

Direct answer
Provide your company and destination market, then describe the product with owned drawings or references you are authorized to use. Include finished dimensions, configurations, comfort direction, expected quantity by color, upholstery, labels, packaging constraints, testing and timing.
If some details are open, label them as decisions. ALF Home can organize follow-up questions, but price, MOQ and lead time only become meaningful after the material and order assumptions are visible.
Project inquiry
Your inquiry is delivered by secure server-side email to the ALF Home commercial team. Include enough product and market context for the team to identify the right next questions.
Confirm you own or are authorized to share the design, artwork and technical information. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data or unrelated personal information.
RFQ blueprint
You do not need a finished technical pack, but the following information prevents basic assumptions from hiding inside a quotation.
Sofa, chair, bed, module or accessory—and what the end user is expected to do with it.
Dimensioned drawing, sketch or authorized reference with the important features clearly marked.
Country, sales channel and responsible-party or retailer protocol that may affect labels and testing.
Finished size, configuration, access limits and critical relationships such as seat and module alignment.
Comfort direction, fabric type, colors, care expectation and any required performance criteria.
Expected units by model and color, forecast context and whether the request is sampling or production.
E-commerce limits, carton target, barcode, artwork, instructions and expected storage or shipping conditions.
Target sample review, decision date and launch window rather than an unexplained “urgent” label.

Route by project stage
Send the intended user, market, visual direction, approximate dimensions and quantity range. The first response can identify questions before detailed sampling.
Provide drawings, bill of materials if available, colors, unit quantities, packaging, tests, Incoterm and delivery destination so quotation assumptions are explicit.
Attach whole-product photos and marked details. State the current measurement or result, desired result and whether the change can affect earlier approvals.
Share the audit protocol, products in scope, attendees, preferred date, required areas, photography and confidentiality expectations.
After your inquiry
We identify product type, market, quantity, timing and whether the available information supports a technical or commercial response.
Open dimensions, construction, material, packaging and testing points are organized rather than silently assumed.
Price, MOQ, sample cost, lead-time basis and commercial terms can be prepared when the relevant variables are known.
If the project proceeds, sample, approval, packaging trial and quality-plan responsibilities are defined.

Product-specific details
The general RFQ creates a common starting point. These product cues help the correct technical questions reach the first review.
State the intended posture, seat depth, back and arm relationship, removable-cover preference and which curves or visual details cannot change. If compact packaging is required, include the fulfillment limit and expected storage route rather than only a reduction percentage.
List every module, left and right orientation, priority configurations and forecast by SKU. Identify whether units must connect, resist movement or work independently. A configuration drawing helps the team plan alignment, carton numbering and complete-set information.
For a sofa bed, define sitting and sleeping modes. For children's seating, include age grading and destination requirements. For outdoor concepts, describe roof cover, sunlight, rain exposure, floor and storage. Category language cannot replace a defined use environment.
If the product combines several formats—such as a modular sofa bed or a children's convertible seat—describe the priority use and every claim you expect to publish. Additional functions expand the construction and evidence review.
Quotation boundaries
Custom furniture cost depends on dimensions, foam construction, upholstery, color count, labels, carton, testing, quantity, trade terms and production conditions. Fabric and printed packaging may have supplier minimums independent of the finished-sofa quantity.
Timing depends on whether materials are available, how many sample revisions are required, buyer approval speed, testing and production scheduling. A responsible quote states assumptions instead of presenting one number as valid for every design.
